Harvest: end of October
Vineyard: Paragneiss and light granite gneiss form the crystalline bedrock. Deep weathered material rocky brown earth soils and some limestone.
Vinification: The grapes are being transported through 3 levels only by gravity. This method preserves aroma and bouquet and is best for producing maturable wines.
Fermentation: in stainless steel at 18 °C
Maturation: in stainless steel on the fine lees
Alcohol: 12,5 vol. %
Acidity: 5,0 g/l
Residual sugar: 1 g/l
Serving temperature: 8-10 °C
Optimum drinking: 10+ years
Wine description: shiny yellow, basked full of spices, lemon, quince, flinty,
