Vinification: Two weeks in steel tanks up to 25 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation.

Serving temperature: 12-14 °C

Wine description: Zweigelt is an authentic grape for Austria. Deep rubygarnet and ripe dark
berries on the nose. Very elegant texture and a fine, mellifluous finish.
Food pairing: potato soup, calf‘s liver, game, cheese, leg of lamb, sautéed vegetables, duck with mushrooms, hearty beef dishes.
