The original „NastlSausemmel“ was invented by regular visitor of the Heurigen more than 25 years ago. A crisp baked bread roll, filled with savory dripping and spicy roast pork, topped with some fresh red onions – the perfect snack for all wine people! Nowadays the Sausemmel is available at nearly every Heuriger in the whole region, which makes us very proud and which makes the Sausemmel a local specialty! The music band „The Unterlagsreben“ has created a musical hymn of praise. bread roll – pork dripping – roast pork – onion rings that’s it.
